The City Liner (シティライナー ) is a limited express airport train operated by Keisei Electric Railway between Tokyo and Narita Airport via the Keisei Main Line. The City Liner service was introduced from 17 July 2010, replacing the former Skyliner services, which were transferred to the new Narita Sky Access route from that date.

The City Liner service operates between Keisei Ueno Station and Narita Airport Station. Some City Liner trains originate and terminate at Keisei Narita Station instead of Narita Airport Station.
The one-way ride between Narita Airport and Keisei Ueno costs ¥1,920 (¥1,000 base fare + ¥920 express surcharge).
Prior to 09:00 leaving Narita and from 17:59 leaving Ueno, City Liner services are known as Morning Liner and Evening Liner, respectively.
These trains do not stop at Keisei Funabashi Station but make additional stops at Yachiyodai Station, and Keisei Sakura Station. Some Morning and Evening Liner trains begin or terminate at Keisei Narita Station instead of Narita Airport Station. The base fare remains the same, however the express surcharge is reduced to ¥400 for these trains.
City Liner trains are formed of 8-car AE100 series EMUs previously used on Skyliner services.[1] Smoking was prohibited in all cars from the start of the new services.[2]
